For our wedding, we rented a VRBO venue, about 35 minutes south of Kansas City, MO. We wanted to have an outdoor place to enjoy the fall sunshine and fresh air – which is exactly what God provided!

Finishing 40 days from our engagement, we had a time of prayer, blessing, and worship the night before the wedding.

CEREMONY

Saturday, October 19th

There was no shortage of transcendent peace for our wedding and in most ways, it utterly exceeded anything we could’ve dreamed. Our priority was to exalt Christ, as the picture of marriage is intended to do.

RECEPTION

We were truly honored, delighted, and blessed by the outpouring of so many who served us in every way. Following the ceremony, we had a catered dinner to connect & spend some meaningful time together with our immediate families and a few close friends.

This is the day the LORD has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it!
